Is this worth it if I don't compete?

Absolutely. Most clients aren't competing - they just want to train with purpose and stop guessing. You don't need a fight date to benefit from structured coaching.

How is this different from a generic program?

A generic program isn't built around your body, schedule, or injuries. This is. Everything is written specifically for you and adjusted as you progress. Not recycled from a template.

What if I'm injured right now?

That's one of the best times to start. With an exercise physiology background, we build around injuries and get you back to full training faster than going it alone.

Can I cancel if it's not working?

Yes. We just ask for 2 weeks notice before cancellation, submitted via the Cancellation Form in the footer. No lock-in beyond that - if it's not working for you, we want to know.

What happens on the free performance call?

We talk through your goals, training history, and any roadblocks. You'll walk away with a clear action plan whether you sign up or not - no pressure, no pitch.
