With over a decade of experience, I'm a seasoned coach within the performance and rehab industry. My journey includes invaluable internships at American Top Team and Landow Performance, and I've worked alongside & with clients ranging from recreational enthusiasts, grass-roots amateurs to world champions in prestigious leagues like UFC, RWS, OneFC, Glory K1, and Bellator/PFL.
